Since October 28, 2019, the Russian State Library (RSL) offers its partners its new service. Libraries or organizations possessing libraries as their structural units are welcome to open a Virtual Reading Room of the Russian State Library (VRR RSL) for remote user's service.

Since October 28, 2019, service “Organizing access to the Digital Dissertation Library of the Russian State Library” is not provided any more. Still all the contractual obligations from the contracts on the service entered in before shall be completed.
