31 May 2023, at the Russian State Library there was held online seminar "RSL resources and services for the libraries of the new territories". The specialists of the national library gave details on the informational resources the RSL was offering to its readers and on the online services specially developed for remote users. In order to support the libraries of the new regions entering the Russian information space, there were brought about services for readers (virtual help desk, interlibrary loan, that including voucher IFLA services, etc.) and for librarians (from access to specialized data bases to the diverse programmes of online professional training), and others. An issue of particular importance was cooperation within the framework of VRR RSL project which had been started long before. There were also presented new services the libraries could benefit from and readers of the virtual reading rooms could enjoy.
